I'm a nerd, there ya go I said it... now that that's out of the way I have just stumbled (thanks to Gizomodo) across the ultimate (IMHO) Nerd Motorycle... that's right you can right now go onto eBay and purchase a Street Legal replica of the LightCycle from the movie Tron!

There are going to be a total of 5 of these machines built by the Parker Brothers who also built a seriously cool replica of the Batpod, each of the 5 will have a different color lighting color scheme and customers can add their own specs to the already nifty machine including choice of a "high powered gasoline or performance Electric powerplant" The wheels are "custom made 22" x12" dual hubless wheels with custom made tires (Hoosier is custom making 5 sets just for us specifically for this project). (Buyers will have the option of additional tires as needed)"

The guys are saying it is built "for everyday street use" which sounds like a lot of fun to me and for a super limited edition masterpiece that you can actually ride $35 grand sounds a bargain!
