If you own a BMW K1200 you should probably have a word to your local dealer, BMW are recalling some 122,000 units due to a fault with the front brake lines. Apparently on a very small percentage (a tenth of a percent) have somehow split the lines causing a brake fluid leak. At this stage there have been no accidents caused by the fault and it would seem the failures are anything but catastrophic so there isn't any need to panic... but it is always nice to get some nice shiny new parts for free...
