The team at Orange County Choppers are back to their bread and butter... well excluding Tee Shirts obviously... Custom/sponsored bikes. This time it is a Siemens sponsored machine, the first difference is the lack the violent sound of someone dropping a sack of hammers on a tin roof... yup no HD derived engine here... all electric. The bike features a 27HP brushless electric motor which should propel the futuristic looking, green (eco, not colour... recycled stuff and whatnot) to a top speed of 100MPH which arguably is faster than most of the heavy metal that comes out of the OCC shop. This is most likely the first electric chopper in the world? but it certainly turns heads (I will abstain from commenting on Paul Snr's unhelmeted noggin) and with a range projected at 60miles it may even be reasonably useful machine for running down to the local latte store.
